The TV was tiny with no reception, making it unusable!!! The bathroom setup was inconvenient, forcing my family to walk down the hall for toilet access. The overall maintenance seems quite poor, needing attention!!!

The family room offered decent space for everyone, making it comfortable for our stay. Its prime location allowed for easy access to local attractions, adding to the overall experience during our trip.

The hotel clearly needs some upkeep. multiple instances of ripped wallpaper and uncleaned carpets detracted from the ambiance. The bathroom situation was less than ideal—having to go down the hall for toilet access with children is far from convenient. Plus, we encountered a lack of hot water in the bedroom sink, making simple tasks cumbersome.

i had a lovely stay at shiray this time in blackpool, way better than my last one! the owners were incredibly accommodating and even set up a cot for us. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully arranged.

i had a lovely stay at shiray hotel. the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, they let us check in early and we could leave our bags in the bar. the location is perfect, super close to the beach and shopping. our small double room was clean and comfy, and the extras like water and cookies were a nice touch. great for couples!

the room could've used a little more heat and the bathroom was a bit small for my taste.
